Daniel Steunenberg, Director

Daniel Steunenberg has been involved in financial management and administration for the past 25 years.

Private Sector:

For the past 25 years Daniel has participated in building, organizing and managing multiple business and community enterprises: Valuable experience has been gained during the course of fulfilling the following undertakings:

  • Responsibility for the financial administration of companies involved in land purchase and development, construction industry and the manufacturing sector.
  • Responsibility for the financial administration of companies involved in land purchase and development, construction industry and the manufacturing sector.
  • Responsibility for the development of financial information systems: ranging from holding companies, construction and manufacturing, to charities and non-profits.
  • Effective interpersonal & communication skills through coaching/consulting

Public Sector:

For the past 20 years Daniel has gained extensive knowledge in the investment community through his involvement in the public markets.

Expertise has been attained through experience in the following:

  • direct involvement in all aspects of the legal, accounting and business process of IPO’s
  • establishing companies from the ground up
  • restructuring public companies through direct management participation in management consulting and advisory boards
  • hands-on involvement in mergers and acquisitions
  • raising millions of dollars in financing
  • establishing management and financial information systems

Mr. Steunenberg holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Major in Business from Trinity Western University, Langley, British Columbia, Canada.

Brian Burk, Director

Brian Burk of Burk Development has been involved in the creation and/or construction of 2,000 residential units/homes and a large storage facility in the last 35 years in Redding, California, USA. As a land developer Mr. Burk has been working alongside city managers, engineers and politicians for his entire adult life and has established a very fluid and simplified working relationship with all. He has worked in the property development sector for many years. His experience in property entitlement and zoning along with the knowledge of the local area make him able to speak with authority. He is able to bring together and manage all of the working elements, including laborers, legal entities and any other factor related to land development including home sales and senior assisted living.

Throughout Mr. Burk’s career he has taken vacant land without entitlements and developed everything to the completion of the construction to the selling of the entire inventory.
