North South Holdings, Inc has the option to enter into a binding Solar Power Purchase Agreement (SPPA) for a term of 25 years. The total project capacity to be completed is 200MW split into 5 phases.
Phase 1 is 3MW and is already constructed, commissioned and cash flowing positive. We are immediately ready to build Phase 2 with 7MW without needing any further permitting.
The remaining 190MW will be broken down into 3 additional phases. The entire project when complete will be one of Chile’s largest PV solar projects to date at 200MW, supplying over 6 billion kilowatt hours (“kWh”) of energy from 2014 to 2039.
